The Architect of the Year category recognises exceptional innovation and inspiration in architectural design for domestic dwellings. Finalists were chosen based on their ability to:

The winners will be announced at the black-tie Gala Awards evening on November 1, 2024, at Mansion House, Dublin. This prestigious event,hosted by Jo Linehan, marks the 30th anniversary of Ireland's Home Interiors & Living magazine.
