This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the teams in creating a vibrant community space that combines a bespoke sports and community facility and a new housing development.

At Farren Architects, we had the privilege of designing and delivering the new state-of-the-art sports and community facilities that includes an extension of the clubhouse pavilion with a new indoor area with 3G sports surface. They also include a multi-purpose room, training space, gym, meeting rooms as well as space for dance classes and social events for the sports club and community. Check out our design here

Our collaborators at Hall Black Douglas Architects expertly designed the Creevagh Heights housing scheme, offering over 100 new homes.

Together,we aimed to create a holistic development that not only provides world-class sporting facilities but also high-quality housing options, fostering a strong sense of community and promoting an active, healthy lifestyle.
