Visualisation

We are in a super position to be able to offer our clients a lifelike, three-dimensional representation of our vision and designs, letting the clients fully visualise the design, making it feel more real, allowing us to give virtual tours and walk-throughs.

The 3D models can help us convey the design to you and the advantages it has to offer. Our 3D animations show the scale and scope of our designs within their context and environment. You, as a client, can see our exact visions, both internally and externally.

Design Decisions

When presenting the 3D model we offer our clients the chance to critique the design resulting in a better finished design. 3Ds enables design decisions to be made at an early stage which greatly assists with the technical side and costing.

We can give realistic options for our clients to choose from. For example, below we show 2 options we gave our client for Carnlough House. Having this 3D image helps picture what the finished design will be like.

Design Personalisation

3D rendering allows us to customise the design to our client’s wants and needs. Building materials are often chosen at this stage as well as the interiors as it is easy visualise the finished design. These personalisation options allow the clients to create a vision of everything they could want or imagine in their design. This helps reduce the amount of time it takes to complete a project.
