Club required a new community pavilion building primarily for meeting and changing rooms for members and local community. It was to be robust, attractive and functional.

Site located within a densely populated built up residential area; a symbolic building at the centre of the local community; provide building with permanence, robustness and attraction; working with public funding and large club committee;

Bespoke sports pavilion comprising 4 changing rooms, referees changing room, physiotherapy room, accessible WC / changing room and a large flexible room for use by the club and local community; Brick finish reinforces a sense of weight and permanence.
